Lancaster Chess Festival

Monday 17 August in Market Square starting at 10 am

It will feature learning to play, coaching to improve your game, blitz games, simultaneous sessions with a FIDE Master and local experts.

There are giant chess pieces with support from CSC - https://www.chess-fest.com/lancaster.

At 3 pm, the band “Pinsonic” will be doing a one hour set of live music featuring tracks with chess connected lyrics with equipment and set up through partnership with the Bobbin.
